You can eat and prep for your week today...after reffing etc if you have the energy. plan some meals for the week it'll save time and money.

Also your program will look a little different this week, you'll see some movements your are familiar with sprinkled in there AND we have to get that strength assessment in. Lets get some measurements in as well.

Make sure ur tracking your periods as well as any changes in energy levels.
