  3. Seated Running Arms- 3 x 15 Sec

  4. SIngle Leg Rdl 2 x 6 Each Leg

  5. Single Leg Ball Slam 2 x 8 Each Leg

  6. DB Squat Complex 1x 5

  7. Split Lunge 2x 8 Each Leg

  8. 2 Min Jump rope(Count your reps and post them to the community)
