Cancellation Policy

We understand that people may need to cancel their appointments. However, it's important to know that cancellations made under 24 hours will result in a $50 cancellation fee. We take our clients' time seriously, and we want to make sure that when you make an appointment, you are committed to coming. We want to ensure that all of our clients can get the services they need in a timely manner. Unfortunately, if a cancellation is made within 24 hours, this causes a major disruption for our business. We have to cover the costs for the time and supplies that were reserved for that appointment. To ensure we are not losing out on this business, we have a cancellation policy. If you are able to provide us with an advance notice of 24 hours, we will be able to reschedule your appointment without any issues. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, however, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. We understand that unexpected things come up and people may not be able to give us 24 hours' notice. We hope that this policy serves as a reminder that it's important for all of our clients to be mindful about their commitments and give us as much notice as possible so that everyone can get the services they need in a timely manner.
